I recently visited Aventus Clinic to have two moles removed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The consultation was clear and reassuring, everything was explained in simple terms, including what to expect during and after the procedure. The removal itself was quick, comfortable, and handled with great attention to detail. I was amazed at how smooth and stress-free it all felt. My results are healing beautifully . I feel so much more confident now, and I’m truly grateful for the level of care I received. I highly recommend Aventus Clinic to anyone considering mole removal or any skin treatments. I visited the clinic yesterday to have a lipoma removed and the whole experience was fantastic from the moment I walked in. Clean and welcoming environment and the staff were friendly and settled a little bit of pre surgery nerves. I met with the doctor and his assistant and discussed how long I’d had the lipoma and any concerns I had which were soon out to rest. The procedure itself was no where near as uncomfortable as what I had presumed, the doctor spoke to me throughout and made me feel very comfortable and as a result I was able to relax in his care. Upon completing the aftercare was explained to me along with a guide to take home and contact details if I had any further questions. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a first class experience. ~ Jack D

My experience at Aventus Clinic was fantastic, from the first phone call I made, to having my surgery done (removal of large Cyst) was nothing less than 10/10! Abul who took my call was friendly, helpful and made things very easy, he even managed to book me in early. I arrived and was welcomed into a modern, clean and very well appointed clinic. Claire performed the surgery to remove my Cyst and was so friendly, polite and professional, a real credit to the clinic! She told me exactly what was involved, put me at ease and got everything done so well. I was super impressed with my experience that I recommend them to anyone wanting to get their surgery done (whatever it may be) and give Abul a call. I contacted Aventus Clinic to arrange a small surgical procedure unavailable on the NHS and the whole process was a seamless experience. The fee structure was explained upfront and I was booked in for the procedure within a few days with handy text and email reminders prior to the appointment time. Following an initial consultation, the surgery was undertaken efficiently and professionally on the same day. The Doctor fully explained the process every step of the way and I felt confident in the Doctor's expertise and ability both for the surgery itself and the follow up care and treatment. The clinic is conveniently located in the town with ample public parking and all the staff were friendly and courteous at all times. I would like to firstly thank Aventus Clinic for the professional service provided. I found them on google sent a contact request and immediately was contacted by Hannah & Natasha they gave me all the information i needed sent pictures (cyst on my upper back) and was given a price(very fair in comparison to others). Arrival was pretty smooth with ample parking spaces. I was met by Hannah and Abul at reception who were very pleasant and professional. The clinic was immaculately clean and organised. The surgeon was very professional and frienly and clean at all times explained the process in detail. the surgery was straight foarward to be honest did not feel a thing. Recently had a cyst removed from my arm after being declined treatment on the NHS (deemed to be cosmetic rather than essential) and having debated for several years about doing it I found Aventus online. Initially i was nervous about not using one of the big names but from booking onwards i was super impressed with their professionalism and answers to my questions. The procedure itself was painless and straightforward. I was allowed to have my partner with me for support (and pictures!) and the stitches are tidy hopefully you'll hardly see where i had it done. I can't recommend them highly enough and would urge anyone looking into using them to be assured that their care is great, the team are professional and that you should just book it ~ woodyscooper

I decided to get a cyst removed that had been troubling me for some time, and I chose Aventus to do the job. No regrets at all, in fact I received perfect attention all round. The clinic is easy to find, with parking directly opposite, the premises are smart, clean and modern, and the welcome from Natasha and the reception team is so friendly - even the initial phone call with Natasha was efficient, informative and welcoming, which is rare these days! My clinician, Claire, did a fantastic job and, the day after surgery, I have no discomfort whatsoever from the wound. Claire was friendly and chatty, putting a nervous patient at ease. I recently visited Aventus Clinic in Hitchin for the excision of a cyst on my leg. My appointment was with Dr Pankaj Patel. The consultation was very thorough. Dr Patel took the time to explain the entire minor surgical procedure, including the use of local anesthetic and what to expect during recovery. I was impressed by how sterile and prepared the procedure room was, which made me feel safe and at ease. The surgery itself was quick and efficient. Post- procedure., the nurse provided clear and detailed wound care instructions. I'm very happy with the result, and it looks like the scarring will be minimal. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Patel and the staff for their professionalism. ~ Tatiana P

Well, what can I say other than how amazing the team are here at Aventis Clinic. Back in October I had a hair transplant after an initial consultation with Abs and the Dr. From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was made so welcome…the aftercare I received was exceptional. Abs gets back to you even if it is late on a Sunday night and I had a question….he’s always on his phone and there to support . I’m now 4 months on from my procedure and already the results look amazing. I have since had a PRP treatment and once again I was put at ease throughout….I would suggest anyone considering a hair transplant to go for it and do so here! I’ve spent years working hard and always neglected myself but I guarantee it will be the best money you spend. Thanks again guys and see you all in a couple of weeks for another round of PRP. I found the whole process really easy and simple. Hannah was incredibly helpful advising me over the phone, and gave me the confidence to go ahead and book my procedure. I had 3 scalp cysts removed in one session. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and put me at ease. My doctor couldn't have been more friendly or knowledgeable, and within 45 mins I was done, all stitched up neatly and barely any sign at all that I'd had this done. My hair wasn't even shaved, and there was hardly any sign of blood after I'd finished. He ensured it was neat and clean. All in all I couldn't really recommend AVENTUS Clinic higher, they are a great team of professionals and I would definitely use them again. I feel so much better now I made the decision to remove these unsightly cysts. Thank you so much to AVENTUS for making that happen. ~ Abbie F

I contacted Aventus clinic to have a cyst removed from my neck. I did an online assessment where you can upload a picture for them to assess. This process was very quick and simple. I received a call on the same day and an appointment was booked promptly. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and were eager to meet my needs and be helpful! I was treated by Claire who was really comforting and friendly and she put me at ease during the procedure, which was quick and painless. Claire also provided very clear and helpful advice on the after care. I have had no issues with my stitches since the procedure. My experience at the Aventus heath clinic has been really positive and I would highly recommend this clinic! ~ Ruj

Originally contacted Aventus Clinic about having a small forehead cyst removed. From initial contact to consultation and removal all within around 5 days so very speedy and considerate service. They continued to support my recovery with regular contact and even arranged a prescription for antibiotics for me to be picked up in Scotland (was away for work), thankfully they weren't required and I'm healing nicely without them but impressed with the level of aftercare. Also have to commend Claire the surgeon for her calm and collected persistence on the cyst removal as it proved to be a stubborn one which didn't want to leave! Overall a positive experience and would definitely use their services again ~ CHRIS R

From the moment I walk in to the clinic I felt there was a warm welcome. I was dealt with very quickly by the ladies in Reception filling in the required forms to enable the procedure to go ahead. Clare was the dermatologist who removed two cysts from my back. She explained what would happen and how she was going to remove these Cysts. Clare made me feel very much at ease and then went about her work to get the Cysts removed. I never felt a thing through the removal of a double cyst and a single cyst on my back, even with the double Cyst being very stubborn. Clare was excellent with the professionalism she showed throughout this procedure. Should I need to I would not hesitate to go back the Aventus Clinic. EDIT: This was my second visit to Aventus and I couldn't be happier. Once again the whole experience was very professional and I felt well-informed during the whole process. Claire is totally brilliant and made me feel relaxed and at ease the whole time. I can not recommend Aventus highly enough, from my first visit everyone is really friendly and helpful, my consultation for my hair transplant was thorough, all questions answered. The whole experience was really comfortable, with the surgeon going through each step. Procedure was complete in around 6 hours. Support after was outstanding, any questions I had were answered almost instantly and this continued every day, pictures were sent in and a visit to ensure all was healing well. Aventus Clinic is a great place to be, I had a minor op for the removal of a mole there as well and that was also a superb experience. I contacted Aventus to see if they could remove a bothersome cyst from my scalp. What attracted me to find out more was they actually had a price on their website. From experience of getting other cysts removed previously elsewhere in the past, their prices are super competitive. From the first contact, to the aftercare, Aventus have been absolutely superb. Fantastic customer service throughout, and this company is like a well oiled machine; and it's modern. Rare to find a service like this, that's quick and easy, but also has efficiency and quality as well. I can't speak highly enough of them, and the whole team from my experience today. I cannot recommend Aventus Clinic enough for laser hair removal! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and informed. The clinic is spotless, modern, and professional—everything you'd want in a place providing personal care. My technician Cara is incredibly knowledgeable and explained the entire process clearly. She took her time to assess my skin and hair type, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I felt completely at ease during every session. The treatments themselves were quick and surprisingly comfortable, thanks to the advanced equipment they use. After just a few sessions, I started seeing noticeable results—less hair growth, smoother skin, and no more irritation from shaving or waxing. I honestly can't recommend Cara enough! After months & months of research I finally found the best clinic Aventus, from the word go you have all been so helpful from my first email, you are all so friendly. I visited the clinic today welcomed by the most two lovely ladies ( I was very nervous) they was very welcoming helpful as my partner was struggling to park. The consultant was fantastic who explained everything to me so i could understand what was wrong he was he answered every question i had i could highly recommend this clinic to anyone they are all very professional, the consultant i seen had over 30yrs experience and the nature of my appointment he put my mind at ease. After my consolation everything was explained to my partner and I on the next steps, thank you to the lovely lady for all your help you was amazing. I had a hair transplant here back in September 2022 carried out by Dr Alam, just over 12 months on the final results are fantastic, I'm very happy. In the the initial consultation everything involved was explained clearly and I felt at ease to go ahead with the procedure. On the day of the procedure I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed and just watched Netflix whilst the hair transplant was carried out, then before I knew it was all done! The aftercare is also second to none and Abul was just on the other end of the phone at any time I needed. I booked my daughter in for the assessment and removal of a large cyst on her head. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. The administration team are incredibly efficient, friendly and professional. The surgeon herself was amazing, immediately putting my daughter at ease and performing the surgery itself quickly and efficiently, but making plenty of time for questions and follow up after the procedure. My wife previously had a similar cyst removed elsewhere , so I can definitively state that the medical and administrative care at Aventus was far superior. Also much cheaper than other private hospitals, but with the same standard of care. I would thoroughly recommend them! ~ Marcus K

The team at Aventus have been great. Super quick contact and information after the first contact, Hannah on reception is so nice. Claire was the Dr I saw and she’s a gem - she put me at ease 100%. Such an asset to the clinic. She explained everything, was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and dare I say it, made the procedure weirdly enjoyable with that chatter and laughter we had. Not the fault of the team at all, but I had a slight infection from the wound. However it was so easy to contact the staff and get some advice over WhatsApp and had I antibiotics within a few hours. Excellent service given by all the staff at the Aventus Clinic in Hitchin. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming both over the phone and face to face, made sure the forms were completed correctly. My Doctor, I’m sure her name was Clare, made me feel really at ease. She explained what was going to happen and talked me all the way through the removal of the 2 cysts on my head. I’ve got a gruesome side to me and mentioned about a mirror on the ceiling so I could see, Clare said the receptionist will come in and film it. It was fascinating haha I’ll definitely recommend this clinic to my mates, my son maybe the next one in line for a cyst removal ~ Donna J

Excellent service at Aventus. From the moment I spoke with Abul to meeting Dr Alam for my IV treatment the service is impeccable. I got a courtesy call reminder before my appointment, which in this day and age and being busy is a blessing! For me having a fully qualified Dr administer my IV was really important, there’s a lot of places who have people perform these services with limited knowledge and experience. Dr Alam talked me through my options and was honest with what his recommendations are based on my medical requirements. If you’re thinking of booking with the team don’t think twice it was an amazing experience and I look forward to seeing the team again soon. Keep up the good work! ~ Jas D
